As Volleyball season comes to a close, Sacred Heart Elementary School’s Varsity Volleyball team has a had another great season. A talented group of young ladies, lead by returning players including 8th Grade Captains Alyssa Gutierrez and Lauren Ramirez and 7th Grade Captains Isabella Paredes and Jeanette Almaraz. Lady Lancers are in prime form, this past Saturday, 10/25, The Ladies proved their hardwork and determination in the 3rd Annual Sacred Heart Elementary School Volleyball Tournament. As the host team, Lady Lancers, were able to maintain a pristine record in not losing a set and becoming the first team to win 1st place honors. Lead by Jeanette Almaraz, All-Tournament MVP, Isabella Paredes, Giselle Duran, Breeanna Hernandez and supported by Alyssa Gutierrez, Jazmine Flores, Rebecca Calvillo, Valerie Veliz, Erika Lopez, Ashley Margarito, Jayca Linares and from afar Lauren Ramirez. Now ladies are looking ahead to showcase their skills and talents as they move forward to playoffs.Good Luck and Go Lady Lancers!
